l’Agence Générale BOVIS is the oldest real estate agency of the Côte d’Azur

Founded in 1895 by Joseph BOVIS, a trained architect, who designed most of the public monuments in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, including the church, the War Memorial, the famous Baie des Fourmis and more, making his personal contribution to the development of the French Riviera.

In 1938, his son Marcel BOVIS, also an architect, took over the family firm. Passionate about his work, he one of the first trade unionists to advocate for the profession.

Alongside his real estate activities, he undertook the renovation of multiple beautiful properties in Cap Ferrat, notably l’Eolienne et La Félicité. In Beaulieu-sur-Mer, he also designed multiple villas including l’Espéranza, l’Armélita…

In 1978, his grandson Christian BOVIS took over the agency in turn. With his background in economics, he developed a network of contacts and distribution across Europe, America and Canada, giving l’Agence Générale BOVIS an international reputation.

Since 2010, Jessica BOVIS, the fourth generation, has decided to take over the family agency founded by her great-grandfather. With a master’s degree in international business law, working as both a lawyer and real estate agent, she aims to continue assisting you with your real estate transactions while maintaining the quality and professionalism that have made the agency successful for over a century.
