Procedures for exercising the right of access (a right that cannot be exercised in person)
Before sending you any personal data, we will ask you to provide proof of your identity. If you are unable to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you the personal data concerning you.
In accordance with Decree 2007-451 of 25 March 2007, your request will be processed within a maximum of two months, provided it is not deemed unreasonable. A fixed fee, not exceeding the cost of reproducing the documents, will be charged following your request.
